For practice managers, coordinators and medical assistants

One push at the start. Then it runs.

You get your clinic details and your surgeon's care pathways in. They approve them. Fios guides every patient through their whole surgical journey. You add patients and the escalations that need a human.

The same twelve questions, answered.

Fewer calls

The routine pre-op and recovery questions get answered without reaching your desk.

Fewer repeats

The explanation you give a dozen times a day gets given consistently, without you giving it.

Fewer after-hours gaps

35% of patient questions arrive outside business hours. Those get answered too, instead of landing on Monday.

“A noticeable decrease in call volume.”

“Routine questions down, the team freed up.”

One-time setup

1

Add your clinic details

Contact numbers, addresses, hours, and where escalations should go. Information you already know without looking it up.

2

Add your surgeon's care pathways

Your surgeon's protocols become the pathways every patient is guided through, so their existing documents come in and the gaps get filled. We build it out from there and send it back for your surgeon to review.

3

Your surgeon approves

Nothing reaches a patient until they have signed it off. Their judgment is the source of every answer patients get.

What happens next?

Add a patient

Name, phone number, pathway. That is the whole form, once per patient.

Handle what needs you

Anything Fios cannot answer from approved knowledge is flagged to your team. You handle those. Everything else is handled.

No scripts to write, no messages to schedule, no reminders to send, no chasing. The journeys run on their own.

A tool for you, not just patients.

Your team gets its own chat that answers from the same approved clinical knowledge your patients get, with a citation back to the source every time.

When a patient asks something on the phone and you are not certain, you do not have to interrupt the surgeon or go from memory. Ask, get the answer, see where it came from.

Yes, the dressing is waterproof. Avoid soaking or scrubbing the site.

Type your message here…

You see every conversation.

Every message to every patient is visible to you. Nothing happens to your patients that you cannot look at, and escalations reach you by the channel you choose.

Patients are always told clearly they are talking to a digital guide anchored to their surgeon, never a person. There is no scenario where a patient believes they spoke to you and you have no record of it.

Works with you, not without you.

It takes the twelve questions you have answered a thousand times and answers them for you, so your day goes to the patients who need a person. The anxious one before surgery. The one whose recovery is not going the way it should. The one who needs something arranged today.

Those still need you, and you will have more time for them.

FAQ

Questions practice teams ask.

You can get started right away on off-the-shelf pathways. Custom pathways built from your own protocols take about 2 days, which is our manual review step.
You do not need anything ready to start. Fios comes with a base of orthopaedic knowledge built in. If you do have something written down, a Word doc or PDF works fine as-is. We can also convert your practice website into pathway content for you, on request.
There is no app, no login and no password. It is an SMS from your practice, and they reply to it.
Nothing reaches a patient until your surgeon has approved it. When something needs changing, it changes at the source and applies to every patient from then on.
The journeys keep running. Escalations go to whoever is covering.
Yes it can, however no integration is required to start. Fios runs alongside any EMR from day one, with no IT project or procurement cycle.
